Our post fixture team provide a 24 hour service for clients from our offices in London, Hamburg and Singapore.
They work closely with the brokers to ensure a smooth transition from the fixing process throughout the duration of the charter, to the finalising of the accounts after redelivery.
We appreciate the importance of this aspect of our service and recognise the need to react to problems quickly in the time zone that they occur. For this reason the team works as a unit with a shared database to ensure fast and efficient coverage of all operational matters.
